Scott Matthews, CEO and Board Member
Scott Matthews joined WebCollage in April of 2006. He brings over 20 years of sales and executive management experience to his role as CEO for WebCollage. Scott has a proven track record in direct sales, business development, OEM sales and distribution channel management. Most recently, Scott served as a Director of the Eastern Region for Secure Computing, an industry leading network security vendor. He previously worked as Vice President of Sales for both Optum and InterWorld and held sales management positions with Data Switch, Oracle, Siebel and Genesys. Scott holds a BA in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from PACE University.

Raviv Shefet, CFO
Raviv Shefet joined WebCollage in May 2008. Raviv brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance expertise to WebCollage. Since 1999, Raviv has worked at and been associated with Selway/SCP Partners and their portfolio of companies. Most recently, Raviv served as CFO and Head of Operations for DVTel Inc. where he helped manage its growth and oversee all of its finance functions for DVTel US and DVTel international subsidiaries. Prior to DVTel, Raviv was the CFO managing the restructuring and reorganization of six SCP portfolio companies. Raviv began his career at Price Waterhouse where he worked as a CPA. Raviv received a bachelor of business from The College of Management in Tel Aviv and an MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business in New York. back to top

Don Care, Executive Vice President, Technology and Services
Don Care joined WebCollage in May 2006. Don brings 20 years of software development, quality assurance, process and services experience to WebCollage. At Cheyenne Software, Don was Vice President of R&D for the Cheyenne Netware backup, antivirus and communications product lines and provided process and technology improvements to support the company’s fast growth. Following an acquisition, Don was Senior Vice President of R&D at Computer Associates and led the development of the communications product line, and Release QA organization. Most recently, Don led IT and service operations at Enterasys Networks during the company’s refocus to secure networks. Don has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Penn State University.

Eilon Reshef, Vice President of Product Management and Co-founder
Eilon Reshef is WebCollage's vice president of products and one of the company's founders. He has held strategic technology and development positions with Gizmoz.com, Magic Software Enterprises and other companies. Eilon started his career in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he developed a variety of software applications. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and a master's degree in computer science from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. During his academic career, Eilon published several articles on software development and communication networks.

Paul LaPorte, Vice President of Product Marketing
Paul joined WebCollage in September of 2009. He brings over 20 years of product and marketing experience at leading technology companies including Oracle, Sybase, BroadVision, and USinternetworking. Most recently, Paul led global product marketing for Proofpoint, a leader in email security and data loss prevention, where he launched a new SaaS business unit, turning it into the flagship offering for the company. Prior to Proofpoint, Paul delivered the first enterprise eCommerce-as-a-service offering while at USinternetworking. He subsequently launched the industry’s first real-time disaster recovery management system for Evergreen Assurance, now part of Dell, and was CEO at LoyaltyWorks, a SaaS company in the consumer manufacturing and retail space. Paul holds a BS in aerospace engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Shay Grinfeld, Vice President of Corporate and Business Development
Shay Grinfeld joined WebCollage in February of 2006 and is the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development. Shay brings more than ten years of experience in business development, sales and general management of early and late-stage companies. Prior to WebCollage, Shay was CEO of e-Glue USA, Inc., a CRM software company and subsidiary of e-Glue business Technologies. Shay also worked at Alfy, an Internet-based new media educational company, as Vice President of Product Development. Before Arriving to the US, Shay served in the Israeli Air Force as an F-16 fighter pilot. Shay holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive MBA from Columbia Busines School.

David Heled, Vice President of R&D
David Heled brings more than 17 years of experience in R&D Management in Hi-Tech companies and the IDF to WebCollage. Before joining WebCollage, David worked at Personeta as Vice President of R&D. Prior to that he served for 3 years as Vice President Research and Development in Viola Networks, managing the development and delivery of the company products in the area of VoIP networks management. From 2001 until joining Viola David served as VP Products of Frontline PCB Solutions, where he managed all aspects of product development from design to production, including software product development, managing large R&D groups, marketing and customer support. Earlier in his career David served in a number of roles at Tecnomatix (NASDQ: TCNO), including director of engineering applications and CAD and PDM Integration group manager and as a Software Engineer at M.B.E.M. David holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel institute of Technology and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Israeli Academic Studies Center.
